Cat’s Claw has been used has been used since the Ancient Incas to cure a variety of illnesses. Since that time, it has been used by the indigenous peoples of South America to treat inflammatory, digestive and fatigue syndromes. Cat’s Claw was popularized by Arturo Brell, a German natural scientist who used Cat’s Claw to treat his own rheumatic pain. Brell also treated Luis Schuler who was diagnosed with lung cancer. After drinking Cat’s Claw tea three time a day for one year Schuler was declared cancer free.
